No! Packages are available to everyone, they are a recommended treatment plan to get your skin in the best condition possible within a particular timescale.

To be eligible for the package price you are required to pay upfront, however all the treatments on the list are available to book separately should you wish to follow the treatment plan but pay as you go.

This will be discussed on a case by case basis, but if you are medically unable to continue with treatments, the cost of each individual treatment will be deducted and the rest refunded.

No, the treatments on the plan are specifically designed to give you the best results possible within a particular time frame. If you would like to add treatments you will be eligible for a 10% discount for the duration of your package deal.

There is a strict 48 hour cancellation notice in place. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment you will forfeit that appointment.
